Timetable of the main events:

The scientific program of the Conference includes plenary lectures (max 30 min), oral (max 15 min) and poster presentations.

Please send a Word version of your abstract and indicate if you would prefer an oral or a poster presentation.

ORAL AND POSTER PRESENTATION:

The main Conference room will be equipped with a range of AV facilities.

For the oral presentations, the participants are advised to prepare the Power Point presentations and send them to the Organizers at least one week prior to the Zeolite 2014.

Posters will also be displayed in a large lobby situated immediately adjacent to the main Conference room. Set-up time: 09.00, removal at 18.30 at the specific day. The dimensions of the poster should not exceed 90 cm wide x 120 cm high. Poster set-up material will be provided.


PRELIMINARY TIMETABLE OF THE MAIN EVENTS:

  • Sunday, June 8 - arrival, accommodation, registration.
  • Monday, June 9 – registration, opening ceremony, plenary lecture, oral presentations, poster sessions, welcome reception.
  • Tuesday, June 10 - plenary lecture, oral presentations, INZA meeting, poster session.
  • Wednesday, June 11 - NEW  mid-week excursion
  • Thursday, June 12 - plenary lectures, oral presentations, poster sessions.
  • Friday, June 13 - oral presentations, closing ceremony, field-trip to zeolite deposit Igroš
  • Saturday, June 14 - field-trip; back to Belgrade
  • Sunday, June 15 - departure.
